230 mujeres participaron en el primer Torneo de Pesca Femenil en Loreto

Evento con causa de mujeres en apoyo a la Asociación Onco Loreto, A. C.Hizo reconocimiento a Clicerio Mercado, por 33 años consecutivos en organización de torneos internacionales de pesca
Loreto, B.C.S.- Al dar el disparo de salida a las 60 embarcaciones que participaron en el primer torneo de pesca femenil Pink Promise, el gobernador Víctor Castro Cosío destacó la importancia de apoyar actividades con causa, en esta ocasión un evento de mujeres y para mujeres que padecen cáncer de mama y son atendidas por la Asociación Onco Loreto, A. C.
El mandatario sudcaliforniano felicitó a las 230 mujeres participantes del torneo que se hicieron a la mar, en esta noble causa, pero también a quienes organizaron, destacando el apoyo de la presidenta municipal de Loreto Paola Cota Davis y la logística de Clicerio Mercado.
Mencionó que el Gobierno del Estado se suma a estas causas de solidaridad y fraternidad entre el pueblo sudcaliforniano, en especial la prioridad y atención a quienes menos tienen y los grupos vulnerables, reiteró.
Acompañado por la Presidenta Estatal del DIF, Patricia López Navarro, la alcaldesa Paola Cota Davis, la Delegada Federal de Programas para el Bienestar Yanssen Weichselbaum, de la diputada Gabriela Montoya y del diputado federal Marco Antonio Almendáriz Puppo, Castro Cosío resaltó la voluntad de las mujeres por apoyar una iniciativa con causa. “Son muchas las mujeres que están padeciendo de esta enfermedad y como sociedad debemos unirnos por el bien de todos”, resaltó.
El torneo es organizado por el H. X Ayuntamiento de Loreto en coordinación con el Comité de Pueblos Mágicos y Gobierno del Estado, con una bolsa acumulada de 100 mil pesos: 50 mil para primer lugar, 30 mil para segundo lugar y 20 mil para tercer lugar, con un máximo de tres piezas de jurel por equipo y el jackpot en dos categorías, jurel y dorado, sin peso mínimo. La premiación será este sábado a las 5:00 de la tarde.
