El Gobernador del Estado realiza gira de trabajo en Comundú

“El programa de construcción de techumbres es un acto de justicia que garantiza a estudiantes del nivel básico de rancherías, campos pesqueros y centros urbanos, mejores espacios para su preparación académica”, señaló el gobernador Carlos Mendoza Davis luego de reiterar el compromiso de su administración con la educación de los sudcalifornianos como una de las mejores vías para alcanzar el mejor futuro que todos merecen, lo anterior durante una gira de trabajo por el municipio de Comondú.
Acompañado el alcalde, Francisco Pelayo Covarrubias, el Gobernador reiteró el compromiso con el sistema académico y dijo que será durante el mes de marzo, cuando se cumpla el objetivo de que el cien por ciento de las escuelas del nivel básico cuenten con al menos una techumbre para el desarrollo de actividades deportivas, culturales, de recreación y convivencia.
En ese sentido, puntualizó que un estudio realizado por el Gobierno del Estado detectó la carencia de esta estructura en canchas deportivas o en plazas cívicas en 180 planteles de todo el territorio estatal, de las cuales el 80 por ciento correspondían a zonas rurales y campos pesqueros, mismas que dijo, ya son atendidas y que culminará el mes de marzo del año próximo, al recordar que ya se han otorgado 153 techumbres.
El Mandatario sudcaliforniano destacó la necesidad de esta infraestructura en las escuelas, pues su carencia limita el desarrollo de actividades deportivas, cívicas y culturales, o simplemente para la convivencia de los estudiantes al contar con una protección ante las inclemencias del clima.
Las escuelas beneficiadas durante esta jornada fueron: escuela primaria Alfredo V. Bonfil en la comunidad de Ley Federal de Aguas No. 2, primaria Emiliano Zapata en la localidad de Ley Federal de Aguas No.1, Centro de Atención Múltiple 05 en ciudad Insurgentes, primaria 5 de Mayo y Secundaria General Agustín Olachea Avilés ambas en Villa Ignacio Zaragoza, primaria Miguel Hidalgo en María Auxiliadora y Telesecudaria No. 15 Juan Domínguez Cota en el Valle de Santo Domingo, primaria Emiliano Zapata y Telesecundaria No. 06 Andrés Ceseña Camacho en La Poza Grande.
“En el Gobierno del Estado consideramos este programa como un hecho de justicia porque todos los estudiantes, merecen la misma atención, porque no puede haber escuelas de primera y escuelas de segunda, todos parejos en Baja California Sur”, finalizó.
