Según la SEP el maestro “tocaba” a sus alumnas

El Secretario de Educación Pública Héctor Jiménez Márquez, habló sobre el tema de la supuesta violación de 20 menores de edad en la escuela Primaria Frida Khalo, en San José del Cabo, asegurando que ese tema ya es añejo pues tiene ya 2 meses que la SEP tiene conocimiento “es un tema ya añejo el tema de la denuncia que hicieran algunos padres de esta queja que hubo, pero en una primera instancia ya separamos al maestro del aula”.
El funcionario fue claro al decir que no se trata de violación, pues la denuncia que tiene la SEP se limita a que el maestro solo “tocaba” a sus alumnas “no es un tema de violaciones, es un tema de que tocaba a las niñas, son cosas diferentes porque luego se dimensiona, esto y no lo damos a conocer para proteger a los niños”.
La autoridad refirió que la medida que se tomó fue de separar de las aulas al maestro mientras se realizan las investigaciones correspondientes, por parte de la Procuraduría del Estado.
En cuanto fue la denuncia del maestro se le separó de su cargo afirmó Jiménez Márquez; al cuestionarlo si existen otras denuncias de este tipo en la SEP o si existe una lista de maestros acusados por estos mismos casos, señaló que este es el primer caso considerado como grave en la institución.
Según la SEP no son 20 niñas las afectadas, además refirió que a los maestros se les realizan exámenes piscométricos, en los cuales desafortunadamente no se pueden predecir estas conductas.
Por su parte el Procurador del Estado Erasmo Palemón Alamilla asegura que de estas 20 quejas que existen en la Comisión Estatal de Derechos Humanos (CEDH), solo 12 denuncias se han interpuesto de manera formal, esperando tener una resolución en las próximas fechas, donde tampoco se descarta que lleguen más denuncias en este caso.
Esta no seria la primera ocasión que se denuncian este tipo de casos en el Estado, anteriormente en la zona de Todos Santos un pastor había sido denunciando por hechos similares.
