3 mil estudiantes del ITLPZ no recibieron sus becas Pronabes

Desde la mañana del pasado jueves 16 de junio cerca de 100 estudiantes de diferentes planteles educativos, se reunieron en las instalaciones del Instituto Tecnológico de La Paz, luego de que tres mil estudiantes de B.C.S. culminaron su semestre educativo sin recibir el apoyo de la becas PRONABES otorgadas por la SEP.
A nivel nacional el noventa por ciento de los institutos tecnológicos ya recibió el pago de la beca PRONABE, pero en B.C.S. no fue así ya que todas las instituciones educativas beneficiadas por este apoyo económico se quedaron esperando y sin una respuesta explica el Presidente de la Asociación de Alumnos Jose Ochoa.
“Alrededor de tres mil jóvenes son los que tienen el beneficio de la beca, es a nivel estatal… Aquí tenemos 350 becados, pero imagínate de los lugares como López Mateos, algunos lugares por citarlos así no tienen acceso a cajeros automáticos y les llega una información errónea… En la mayoría de los tecnológicos nacionales ya se entregó, alrededor del noventa por ciento de los estudiantes ya tienen el beneficio de la beca, simplemente no se hace el pago”.
Estudiantes como Almendra Alvarado aseguran es un apoyo económico muy importante, debido al poco margen de tiempo para trabajar y estudiar.
“Yo no tengo en que moverme, no tengo transporte y aparte no tengo tiempo de trabajar es como que necesito ese ingreso, no tengo tiempo por mi carrera vengo en la mañana y la tarde a la escuela, trato de trabajar los fines de semana pero no es suficiente… Más que nada porque hacemos planes con ese dinero y el dinero nunca llega, se supone debería llegar cada mes, nunca llega y es algo que estamos esperando y no lo podemos utilizar”.
Hasta el momento las autoridades han optado por no escuchar a los jóvenes afectados, dejando mucho a la imaginación, en lo que se podría especular un uso indebido de recursos, es decir jineteo de dinero.
Ante las insistentes búsquedas por recibir alguna información de parte de las autoridades, estudiantes solicitan una respuesta.
“Yo hago un llamado a la licenciada Verónica Corral, a que sea coherente con la información, porque no es posible que de unas fechas de pago, van al cajero y no hay nada”.
“Interpuse dos escritos, que es la encargada de becas PRONABES, obviamente fundamentadas en el artículo ocho de la constitución que es el derecho de petición y se me tiene que contestar cosa que no se hizo, los dos escritos tiene más de 15 días y hasta ahorita no se han molestado en responder”.
De no existir un desvío y mal uso de un recurso federal queda evidenciado un trámite burocrático que afecta a tres mil estudiantes y las autoridades no hacen nada por solucionar el conflicto.
