Con éxito concluyó la tercera edición del
programa “Transición Escuela – Trabajo” en el que participaron 50 jóvenes de La
Paz, con el objetivo de facilitar su acceso a fuentes de empleo formal tras
concluir sus estudios profesionales, informó Félix Abraham Almendáriz Puppo,
titular del Instituto Sudcaliforniano de la Juventud (ISJ).
Durante la entrega de las constancias el
funcionario manifestó que estas acciones buscan, ante todo, fortalecer los
vínculos entre instituciones educativas de nivel superior y el amplio mercado laboral,
donde, además de adquirir experiencia laboral, también puedan desarrollar
habilidades y competencias más allá de lo aprendido en la universidad.
Almendáriz Puppo destacó que los jóvenes que
participaron, fueron en su mayoría estudiantes recién egresados con excelentes
referencias académicas, agregando que también prestaron sus servicios con
entusiasmo y compromiso en cada una de las instituciones donde laboraron, las
cuales fueron beneficiadas con su valiosa participación.
Por último, destacó que, desde el Instituto de
la Juventud, continuarán generando y apoyando políticas públicas que reflejen
un beneficio directo a las nuevas generaciones, para poderles ofrecer un óptimo
porvenir y un mejor futuro, finalizó.
Tras recibir sus constancias, diversos jóvenes
manifestaron su agradecimiento por esta oportunidad, reiterando que el programa
pudo ofrecerle una visión más cercana al ambiente laboral real, donde
conocieron un poco más sobre la responsabilidad del servicio público y el
trabajo en equipo que se requiere.
En este marco, el titular de la Secretaría del
Trabajo y Desarrollo Social, Gustavo Hernández Vela Kakogui, reconoció el
profesionalismo demostrado por cada uno de las y los participantes a quienes
exhortó a continuar con ese mismo empuje, “ustedes traen una nueva visión del
mundo con los grandes avances tecnológicos que existen, deben aprovechar su
juventud, su fortaleza física e intelectual”, finalizó
