Confirman la muerte de policia estatal en camino real

La Procuraduría General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) informa que aproximadamente a las 07:00 horas de este viernes tuvo conocimiento vía C4 que en la colonia Camino Real de esta capital, se escucharon detonaciones de arma de fuego.
En el lugar se constituyeron agentes de investigación y peritos adscritos a la Dirección de Servicios Periciales, corroboraron lo anterior, localizaron entre las Miraflores entre Noria y del Arriero, de la colonia en referencia, el cuerpo sin vida de una persona del sexo masculino.
Por lo anterior, se hicieron cargo del lugar de intervención, ordenaron el levantamiento y traslado al Servicio Médico Forense para la práctica de la necropsia de Ley.
El occiso fue identificado, contaba con 33 años, originario del estado de Chiapas. Se desempeñaba como agente de la Policía Estatal.
Como resultado de las primeras investigaciones que efectúan elementos de la Policía Ministerial, detuvieron a una persona del sexo masculino de 27 años, originario de esta capital, quien de acuerdo al sitio Plataforma México cuenta con antecedentes penales por su relación en 11 carpetas de investigación por delito de robo.
Por lo anterior, el agente del Ministerio Público de la Unidad Especializada en la Investigación de Delito de Homicidio Doloso y su Judicialización inició la Carpeta de Investigación correspondiente para realizar los peritajes necesarios con todos y cada uno de los datos de prueba y evidencias que se encontraron en el lugar de los hechos para esclarecer el acto delictuoso.
