Detienen a sujetos sospechosos con armas de fuego

La Procuraduría General de la República (PGR), en la Delegación en Baja California Sur, inició dos carpetas de investigación contra tres personas del sexo masculino por el delito de portación de arma de fuego de uso exclusivo del Ejército, Armada y Fuerza Aérea.
En la primera carpeta de investigación iniciada, se informa que elementos de la Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional, al realizar recorridos de vigilancia por la línea costera de Puerto San Carlos, específicamente por el muelle turístico, detuvieron a dos personas del sexo masculino a bordo de un vehículo en posesión de un arma de fuego, tipo revolver, calibre .44 mm, abastecida con un cartucho útil.
En una segunda acción, elementos de la Policía Federal, detuvieron a un hombre en la calle Olachea entre calle sin nombre y Juan María de Salvatierra, de la colonia Guadalupe Victoria en ésta ciudad de La Paz.
Ahí, se les realizó una revisión de rutina, encontrándosele un arma de fuego, tipo pistola, calibre .9 mm, con su cargador abastecido con siete cartuchos útiles.
Las armas de fuego y los detenidos fueron puestos a disposición del Ministerio Público de la Federación, a fin de integrar la carpeta de investigación correspondiente y determinar su situación jurídica conforme a Derecho.
