600 personas de Los Cabos recibieron lentes a través de Caravana de la Salud

Los Cabos, Baja California Sur (BCS).– Con el objetivo de beneficiar a las personas con discapacidad visual, se otorgaron 600 lentes a través del programa Caravana de la Salud Municipal implementado por la alcaldesa, Armida Castro Guzmán, así lo explicó el director municipal de Salud, Dr. Adán Monroy Justo.
Explicó que durante la entrega que se realiza en la delegación municipal de Cabo San Lucas, se mantienen los protocolos de salud para previniendo posibles contagios por la pandemia de COVID-19.
“El programa cuenta con las fechas establecidas en la unidad médica móvil ubicada en la Delegación de Cabo San Lucas, de lunes a viernes a partir de las 9:00 de la mañana a 1:00 de la tarde, donde se están otorgando de manera ordenada a 30 personas simultáneamente. En el caso de las personas que no pueden acudir a la hora programada, se tiene margen de 1:00 a 2:00 de la tarde”, comentó el titular de Salud en Los Cabos.
Monroy Justo comentó, para realizar la entrega, los beneficiados deben asistir con su identificación oficial y en el caso de los menores de edad, deben ir acompañados de una persona adulta, o un familiar.
Para finalizar, exhortó a la ciudadanía que acuda por sus lentes, a llevar puesto su cubrebocas, hacer uso del gel antibacterial y respetar la sana distancia.
