La Procuraduría General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) informa que el jueves 25, se celebró en el Centro de Justicia Penal de La Paz, la audiencia inicial sin detenido, bajo las reglas del Código Nacional de Procedimientos Penales, en la que el Agente del Ministerio Público del Fuero Común adscrito a la Unidad Especializada en Investigación de Delitos Diversos y su Judicialización, aportó datos de prueba que permitieron al Juez de Control, dictar Auto de Vinculación a Proceso y establecer medidas cautelares en contra de tres personas del sexo femenino, .a quienes se relacionó como imputadas en una carpeta de investigación, por un hecho que la Ley señala como delito de lesiones en riña.
El ilícito tuvo lugar el 08 de octubre del 2016, en las inmediaciones de la colonia Agustín Olachea las imputadas tuvieron diferencias, discutieron y se profirieron golpes.
En la audiencia, el Juez de Control vinculó a proceso a las imputadas, determinó medidas cautelare que les prohíben salir de la ciudad y acercarse o comunicarse entre ellas. Otorgó un plazo de dos meses para la investigación complementaria.
