A favor el Alcalde de La Paz del veto sobre el exceso de la legítima defensa

El alcalde de la paz Armando Martínez Vega manifestó que el veto que realizó el gobernador del estado Carlos Mendoza Davis tendrá que ser revisado por los diputados en el congreso local, pues considera que los planteamientos no fueron los correctos.
“Que intervenga la sociedad jurídica los colegios y todos los que tienen que ver con esto, para que no se den ese tipo de mala información o confusión” fueron las palabras que uso Amrtinez Vega al ser cuestionado por la prensa sobre el tema.
Al igual que el Colegio de Abogados, diversas cámaras empresariales, Tribunal de Justicia y Procuraduria del Estado, el Ayuntamiento paceño consideró que falto consenso con los órganos involucrados.
Para evitar confusiones con la sociedad expresó es necesario ver todos los lados del tema, hecho que no sucedió en el Congreso del Estado, pues esta aprobación fue tachada como un simple acto populista por parte de su impulsor Alfredo Zamora, quien cabe destacar habia comentado que la misma ley lo volvería a presentar pese a que fue votada por el mismo ejecutivo.
Para los expertos en materia jurídica el despenalizar la legítima defensa traería graves consecuencias a futuro, pues se deja abierta la posibilidad de poder matar a alguien dentro de tu domicilio, por el hecho de que buscaría atentar contra tu familia, sin que la ley te castigue.
