Abierta la convocatoria “México en Escena-Grupos Artísticos”; Habrá apoyos de hasta 1.9 MDP

Christopher Amador Cervantes, Director del Instituto Sudcaliforniano de Cultura (ISC), hizo una invitación a agrupaciones dedicadas al Circo, la Danza, la Música, la Ópera, la Interdisciplina Escénica y al Teatro ha participar en la convocatoria México en Escena-Grupos Artísticos (MEGA), la cual estará abierta hasta el 12 de marzo del 2021. En la cual otorgarán apoyos de 950 mil pesos hasta 1 millon 950 mil pesos.
Al respecto, el titular de Cultura en la entidad, expresó que el objetivo principal de este concurso es fomentar la continuidad a mediano y largo plazos de proyectos artísticos de calidad; estimular la autonomía artística y administrativa de grupos enfocados al arte y la cultura.
Asimismo, mencionó que podrán participar grupos artísticos constituidos legalmente como persona moral, que deberán presentar un trabajo anual que contemple la producción y presentación de espectáculos, gestión de recursos e infraestructura, entre otros requisitos, los cuales podrán consultarse en su totalidad en las bases generales de participación publicadas.
Destacó que la emisión de esta primera convocatoria refrenda el compromiso de la Secretaría de Cultura y del Sistema de Apoyos a la Creación y Proyectos Culturales de garantizar la continuidad de los estímulos a la creación, así como el de implementar mejoras constantes que hagan más eficientes los procesos de acceso a los estímulos para los artistas de todo el país.
