La Paz, Baja California Sur (BCS).- Durante su comparecencia ante los diputados y diputadas del H.Congreso del Estado, el Procurador General de Justicia de BCS, Daniel de la Rosa Anaya, informó que en lo que va del 2020, el estado presentó una reducción importante en cuanto a violencia familiar, abuso sexual y violación.
Comparado con el 2019, los casos de violencia hacia la mujer, como abuso sexual y/o violación han presentado una reducción importante, según informó De la Rosa Anaya, quien consideró que este es un delito que suele presentarse mayormente en el seno familiar.
“Tanto el de violencia en familia; abuso sexual, violación, es un delito que por lo general siempre va a acontecer en el hogar, no es un delito prevenible policialmente hablando” apuntó.
Comentó que este año, el estado ha registrado un total de 5 homicidios de mujeres, 3 de ellos catalogados como feminicidios, los cuales dijo “ya están resueltos”.
En cuanto a homicidios dolosos BCS registra un total de 54 víctimas en lo que va del año, De la Rosa Anaya, detalló que de esos, 49 eran hombres y 5 mujeres.
Así pues, el funcionario precisó que para el 2017 la cifra ascendía a las 788 víctimas, en 2018 se redujo a 185 y para el 2019 a 84; este 2020 los números registran 54 homicidios dolosos, lo que representa para el estado una reducción del 37% respecto al año anterior.
“Esto implica que BCS es el 2do lugar con mayor reducción de homicidios dolosos en país, es una disminución muy importante” señaló, “en ninguno de los meses la cifra ha sido mayor a 10 homicidios dolosos” finalizó.
