Los Cabos, Baja California Sur (BCS).– “El tema del agua potable es una gestión permanente. Tenemos un reparto como no se había tenido en muchos años, tenemos habilitados prácticamente todos los pozos que habían estado en el olvido y estamos distribuyendo el agua de forma equitativa; el agua que hay en Los Cabos se reparte igual para todas las colonias y para las familias”, así lo informó la presidenta municipal, Armida Castro Guzmán.
Asimismo y en referencia a las colonias que no cuentan con la infraestructura necesaria para distribuir agua a los hogares, la alcaldesa aseguró que el XIII Ayuntamiento de Los Cabos, permanecerá en el esfuerzo de hacer llegar 90 viajes de pipas a Cabo San Lucas como parte de las acciones en apoyo a quien más lo necesita.
“Seguimos en la gestión permanente de soluciones definitivas para resolver el desabasto de agua potable, por ello, realizamos el trabajo en tiempo y forma ante las autoridades del Gobierno Federal y del Honorable Congreso del Estado, por una desaladora que nos permita evitar toda la problemática que sin duda, es imperante en Cabo San Lucas”, explicó la alcaldesa.
No obstante, señaló que independiente al tema del agua, el Gobierno de Los Cabos no puede detenerse o dejar a un lado sus actividades, por lo que es necesario seguir en busca de la solución y dejar de ser parte de un problema que prevalece en el destino.
