Al 92% el mantenimiento de luminarias en Los Cabos

Los Cabos, Baja California Sur (BCS).- En busca de garantizar la seguridad de los habitantes del municipio de Los Cabos, el XIII Ayuntamiento que preside Armida Castro Guzmán, ha trabajado intensamente en el mantenimiento de las más de 18 luminarias que se encuentran distribuidas en toda la ciudad, teniendo hasta el momento un 92% del total del alumbrado funcionando en óptimas condiciones.
Dicho lo anterior, el titular de la Dirección General de Servicios Públicos en Los Cabos, Roberto Sandoval Montaño, declaró que en los dos años y meses de la actual Administración, se han reparado alrededor 11 mil 280 lámparas y se han instalado mil 052 luminarias en puntos donde no se contaba con dicho servicio.
Sandoval Montaño afirmó que con estas acciones se busca garantizar la visibilidad para los conductores que transitan por las calles de la ciudad, además de mejorar la iluminación en ciertas áreas y evitar hechos delictivos que se pueden suscitar por la falta del alumbrado.
Para finalizar, el director del área compartió que con la aplicación del nuevo presupuesto que se tiene destinado para el año en curso, se contempla tener habilitadas todas las luminarias; por otra parte, puntualizó que se continuarán atendiendo todos los reportes que haga llegar la ciudadanía para la reparación del alumbrado público.
