Santa Rosalía, BCS. – Ante la presencia del Lic. Álvaro de La Peña Angulo, Secretario General de Gobierno, en representación del Lic. Carlos Mendoza Davis Gobernador Constitucional del Estado de BCS; del Dip. Prof. Marcelo Armenta representante del Congreso del Estado y del Lic. Víctor Rubén Vargas Juez Mixto de Primera Instancia en Santa Rosalía en representación del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de BCS, el C. José Felipe Prado Bautista Presidente Municipal del H. XVI Ayuntamiento de Mulegé llevó a cabo la III Sesión Pública Solemne donde rindió su segundo informe de labores.
José Felipe Prado Bautista, Presidente Municipal del H. XVI Ayuntamiento de Mulegé, dio lectura del estado que guarda la administración pública municipal en este último año destacando que ha sido un año complicado para todos debido a la pandemia del COVID-19, circunstancia que impactó negativamente, afectando a familias, empleos y la captación de recursos propios casi en un 80%.
Ante esta situación, con el apoyo de productores y cooperativas pesqueras de la región se pudo entregar a las familias muleginas poco más de 12 mil despensas, 11 toneladas de pescado y poco más de 5 toneladas de verduras.
Prado Bautista resaltó que durante el presente año se llevaron a cabo obras y acciones en diferentes rubros a través de diferentes programas como son mejoramiento de caminos rurales, convenios de electrificación en zonas rurales, la rehabilitación y mejoramiento de instalaciones deportivas en varias comunidades del municipio de Mulegé, la construcción de techo firme, la pavimentación de algunas avenidas como la Calle Acacia en Santa Rosalía, la creación de cuartos adicionales en apoyo a las personas de escasos recursos así como la sustitución, mejoramiento y rehabilitación de pozos de agua para una mejor distribución del vital líquido en comunidades como Ejido Alfredo V. Bonfil y San Ignacio, y asimismo, en conjunto con la Congregación Mariana Trinitaria se pudo apoyar con huertos de traspatio a muchas familias de las zonas rurales.
El alcalde sostuvo que estas obras y acciones ejercidas es producto de un trabajo desempeñado con esmero ante las carencias económicas y las adversidades a las cuales se ha tenido que enfrentar debido principalmente al recorte de las llamadas participaciones federales.
Por su parte el C. Lic. Álvaro de la Peña Angulo Secretario General de Gobierno en representación del C. Gobernador Constitucional del Estado Lic. Carlos Mendoza Davis al hacer uso de la voz, agradeció al C. Presidente Municipal de Mulege José Felipe Prado Bautista la invitación a este importante acto, felicitando al edil y al cuerpo de regidores por su desempeño y trabajo realizado en este segundo año de gobierno y, ver el cumplimiento de informar de cara al pueblo de las acciones hechas por la presente administración municipal.
Es de destacar que la III sesión pública solemne se llevó a cabo en las instalaciones de la antigua fundición, declarado recinto oficial, respetando y acatando las medidas sanitarias, y donde estuvieron presentes representantes de los tres órdenes de gobierno y de las fuerzas armadas así como regidores y funcionarios de la presente administración.
