66 trabajadores por honorarios y 49 de confianza serán homologados en su sueldo, reflejado en la primera quincena de septiembreSe brindará bono de riesgo a 636 trabajadores de la Procuraduría
En reconocimiento a la labor que desempeñan y como un acto de justicia laboral, el gobernador, Víctor Castro Cosío, anunció un plan de mejora salarial para 751 trabajadores de la Procuraduría General Justicia del Estado, principalmente a quienes por años han tenido una captación menor al salario mínimo establecido; que a partir de la primera quincena de septiembre será un hecho.
Dentro del plan de mejora, se determinó la regulación de 66 trabajadores en la modalidad de honorarios que percibían un sueldo por debajo del salario mínimo, y que ahora serán regulados, así como la homologación de plazas de 49 personas que se encontraban debajo del promedio de captación; destacando que 636 empleados serán beneficiados con un bono de riesgo.
“Hoy estamos aquí para cumplir nuestra palabra; desde un principio abrimos las puertas al diálogo, para que los que menos ganan dentro de la Procuraduría puedan aspirar a una mejora salarial, para contribuir a la justicia laboral, eso es lo que estamos haciendo; este esquema es un trabajo en conjunto, sin privilegios, año con año valoraremos el mejoramiento de sus percepciones”, aseveró Castro Cosío.
Para finalizar, el Ejecutivo manifestó, “Nadie se tiene que quedar atrás, tenemos que empezar desde abajo, se tiene que dignificar la labor de los trabajadores de la PGJE; este 15 de septiembre daremos inicio con el esquema de mejoras”.
