Aprueba Congreso Parlamento de Mujeres de Baja California Sur

• Tiene su antecedente en la Iniciativa con Proyecto de Decreto que la Sesión Pública Ordinaria del 24 de noviembre de 2015, presentó la diputada Irma Patricia Ramírez Gutiérrez, y el 29 de agosto de 2018
El Congreso del Estado aprobó que en el Presupuesto que ejercerá en el 2022 incluya recursos presupuestales suficientes para la celebración del Primer Parlamento de Mujeres del Estado de Baja California Sur, en el mes de noviembre de 2022, en atención y cumplimiento al mandato del Decreto Número 2560.
Lo anterior, con base en punto de acuerdo presentado por las diputadas Teresita de Jesús Valentín Vázquez, Gabriela Cisneros Ruíz, Secretaria (secretarias); y María Luisa Ojeda González, (presidenta) de la Comisión Permanente de Igualdad de Género.
Tema que propició un debate en la máxima tribuna, pues mientras la diputada María Guadalupe González Moreno se opuso a que se asignara a comisiones, arguyendo que: “es hora de levantar la voz, de manifestarse y marchar con la frente en alto para que las mujeres se tomen en cada una de las participaciones en las decisiones públicas”, el presidente de la Junta de gobierno diputado José María Avilés Castro, se opuso a la realización de un parlamento de mujeres, proponiendo que en vez de ello, se realicen foros y conversatorios para que hombres y mujeres se expresen, a través de otras instancias y no en protocolarias como un parlamento, propuesta que fue rechazada por el pleno y logró la mayoría de votos de los representantes populares.
Cabe destacar que el Parlamento de Mujeres tiene su antecedente en la Iniciativa con Proyecto de Decreto que la Sesión Pública Ordinaria del 24 de noviembre de 2015, presentó la diputada Irma Patricia Ramírez Gutiérrez, y el 29 de agosto de 2018, la Comisión Permanente de Igualdad de Género, presentó y fue aprobado por el Pleno del Congreso, el Dictamen correspondiente al decreto 2560.
