Aprueba Congreso reformar al decreto del Parlamento de Mujeres de BCS

Se asegura el presupuesto anual para el Parlamento; la Comisión Permanente de Igualdad de Género estará a cargo del Informe del Parlamento de Mujeres, al cual se integrarán los documentos presentados en la Sesión Solemne del Parlamento
El Pleno del Congreso del Estado aprobó por unanimidad modificaciones al Decreto 2560 que creó el Parlamento de Mujeres de Baja California Sur, con el que se asegura el presupuesto anual que el Poder Legislativo destinará a este.
En sesión del martes 31 de mayo, el Pleno aprobó el dictamen que presentó la Comisión Permanente de Igualdad de Género que integran las diputadas María Luisa Ojeda González, como presidenta y las diputadas Gabriela Cisneros Ruiz y Teresita Valentín como secretarias, a la iniciativa presentada por el diputado Luis Armando Díaz, con el fin de asegurar la participación de la mujer en la vida democrática y política.
El dictamen de la comisión avaló la mayoría de las propuestas, como el derogar el artículo único y establecer el articulado del primero al sexto y adicionar un séptimo, describir el número de participantes, y de manera muy importante el incluir en el decreto que anualmente el Poder Legislativo deberá destinar una partida para la realización de dicho parlamento.
Esta reforma establece que la Comisión Permanente de Igualdad de Género estará a cargo de la organización del Parlamento de Mujeres, al cual se integrarán los documentos presentados en la Sesión Solemne de dicho parlamento, así como que los resultados y el informe serán publicados en la página oficial del Congreso del Estado, dentro de un término no mayor a 40 días, a partir de la fecha de conclusión de los trabajos del Parlamento en cuestión.
Busca establecer una agenda legislativa de género, adecuada a las necesidades y en voz de las mujeres, con la presencia de los titulares de los tres Poderes del Estado y de los Ayuntamientos.
La comisión consideró que la mejor fecha para realizarlo es el mes de noviembre, por lo que el Parlamento de Mujeres se realizará anualmente como estaba decretado originalmente, cada mes de noviembre.
El iniciador diputado Luis Armando Díaz afirmó que el tema de la igualdad sustantiva debe abrirse paso porque las mujeres tengan reconocimiento en su lucha y espacios, porque quienes hacemos leyes estamos obligados a garantizar, por ello independientemente de la propuesta original, el dictamen retoma la circunstancia que debe prevalecer, más allá de una fecha es el reconocimiento pleno a la lucha de las mujeres”.
Por su parte la diputada María Luisa Ojeda afirmó que será un mecanismo institucional que permita contribuir en la defensa y derechos humanos en razón de género.
