Los Cabos, B.C.S., 11 Ene.- Con el objetivo mostrar algunas de las maravillas de la República Mexicana y fomentar la actividad física a nivel mundial, el próximo 16 de enero el mexicano ultramaratonista Daniel Almanza iniciará el reconocido del proyecto deportivo internacional “Super Human”, el cual arrancará en el Km 0 ubicado en la ciudad de Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, con el apoyo de la actual Administración encabezada por el alcalde Oscar Leggs Castro para el evento de salida.
De esta manera, el originario de Monterrey, Nuevo León, Daniel Almanza y su equipo de trabajo, estiman cubrir los 6 mil kilómetros de recorrido el día 25 de abril en la ciudad de Cancún, Quintana Roo, apoyándose de la ciencia para lograr cumplir el reto al pasar por 21 estados de México en un aproximado de 100 días; pasando diferentes desafíos de acuerdo a las condiciones climatológicas y velocidades presentadas por cada estado de acuerdo con la ruta trazada, lo que sin duda dará como resultado reconocimiento deportivo y turístico para México en el mundo.
Asimismo, la titular de la Dirección Municipal de Turismo del XIV Ayuntamiento de Los Cabos, Donna Jeffries, comentó que el arranque de este trascendental evento, será en la Plaza Amelia Wilkes, -en la delegación de Cabo San Lucas-, lo que impulsará el turismo deportivo de Los Cabos, generando un impacto a nivel internacional, puesto que el trayecto será documentado para evaluar el comportamiento del cuerpo de Daniel Almanza, mediante estudios genéticos (físicos, nutricionales, biomecánicos y emocionales), realizados por médicos de nacionalidad mexicana, arrojando información que será estudiada por diferentes países interesados.
Es importante destacar, que dicho proyecto altruista es totalmente gratis para los deportistas que deseen acompañar en la travesía a Almanza, recorriendo algunos kilómetros, sin embargo, se aceptan donaciones que serán otorgadas en apoyo al Banco de Alimentos, ya que esta organización se nutre a través de las aportaciones sociales. Por lo que se invita a la ciudadanía a participar e inscribirse en la página oficial www.superhuman.mx para ser parte de esta noble causa.
